I had an appointment with a technician a few days ago. The lady was very nice, friendly, easy-going, and polite. I really like the color and the cut. However, the top of my hair doesn’t look refreshed, and unfortunately, there’s no noticeable difference compared to how it looked before my visit. I am a bit disappointed, especially considering the service is quite pricey, and I expected a better result on the top section. Perhaps this technician didn’t have the necessary skills or experience to address it, so I would recommend booking with a more senior professional if you have the same request. UPD: I was invited to return to the hair salon to have the top section corrected, and the manager did an absolutely amazing job. Everything has been fixed, and there is now a smooth transition from my natural roots to the bleach. I will definitely be booking all my future appointments with her! I am very happy that the team was so understanding and kind to offer this correction free of charge.

Always ready to give me great advice on new products and what hair colour will suit me the best. I wouldn’t see anyone else! He is amazing and the staff always make me feel welcome and go above and beyond!!! If I could give a thousand stars I would!! Well done Headmasters xx
